A healthy salad made with chicken, apples, and celery. One of my favorites! Easy to make and can be served as a delicious lunch or a summer dinner when it’s too hot to cook. If you like chicken and apples, then you’ll definitely want to make this apple chicken salad.
Ingredients
100 grams chicken cooked and diced
1 apple diced
3 stalks celery diced
2 T. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cardamon
Dash of salt
Stevia to taste
Instructions
Mix ingredients together; sprinkle with Stevia and cinnamon.
Chill for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
