P2 Air Fryer Radish

Air Fry your radishes to change up the way you usually cook them. They are tender in the middle and crisp on the outside. This is a quick and easy healthy side dish. Ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 20 Radishes washed, trimmed, and halved
  • 1 TBSP MCT oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400F).
  2. Place the halved radishes in a large mixing bowl with MCT oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the radishes are coated.
  3. Air fry at 200c (400F) for 10-12 minutes , until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Shake halfway through cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
  4. Remove from the Air Fryer and serve with lean steak or boneless skinless chicken breast.
