Air Fry your radishes to change up the way you usually cook them. They are tender in the middle and crisp on the outside. This is a quick and easy healthy side dish. Ready in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 20 Radishes washed, trimmed, and halved
- 1 TBSP MCT oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400F).
- Place the halved radishes in a large mixing bowl with MCT oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the radishes are coated.
- Air fry at 200c (400F) for 10-12 minutes , until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Shake halfway through cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and serve with lean steak or boneless skinless chicken breast.
