P2 Apple Chips

Apple chips are light, crispy, and easy to make. Packed with flavor! Turn them into a sweet snack with a dash of cinnamon or crumble them into bits as a topping for a delicious salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • Cinnamon for dusting

 

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 230 F
  2. Line baking tray with baking paper
  3. Core the apples, then slice using a mandolin (or cut with a knife)
  4. Place on the tray and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Cook for 1 hour, turn the apple slices over and cook for one more hour.
  6. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
  7. Once cool, you may store in airtight containers.
