Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- Cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 230 F
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- Core the apples, then slice using a mandolin (or cut with a knife)
- Place on the tray and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cook for 1 hour, turn the apple slices over and cook for one more hour.
- Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
- Once cool, you may store in airtight containers.
