P2 Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz lean steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or pinch ground ginger)
  • 1–2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

1.     Heat oil
Heat MCT oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2.     Cook steak
Add sliced lean steak. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Sear 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

3.     Sauté aromatics
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger.
Sauté about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4.     Add cabbage
Stir in shredded cabbage. Cook 3–5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.

5.     Combine & season
Return steak to the skillet. Add Bragg Liquid Aminos and toss everything together.
Cook another 1–2 minutes.

6.     Serve Immediately
