Ingredients
- 100g lean ground beef
- 1clove garlic (crushed)
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of onion powder
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 Cup Swanson Beef Broth (low sodium)
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- Cabbage leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 380 Degrees.
- Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water.
- In a non-stick pan, brown ground beef with seasonings.
- Spoon beef mixture into cabbage leaves, tuck in ends and roll up.
- Place rolls into casserole dish with broth covering bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
