P2 Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage rolls are the perfect comfort food. They are simple to make, and you can even switch the beef for chicken! Great for Potlucks or family dinners. A low-calorie meal that you can enjoy while not abandoning your healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 100g lean ground beef
  • 1clove garlic (crushed)
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 Cup Swanson Beef Broth (low sodium)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • Cabbage leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 380 Degrees.
  2. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water.
  3. In a non-stick pan, brown ground beef with seasonings.
  4. Spoon beef mixture into cabbage leaves, tuck in ends and roll up.
  5. Place rolls into casserole dish with broth covering bottom of the pan.
  6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
