P2 Chicken Bruschetta

This low carb Bruschetta Chicken recipe is simple and delicious. It’s a healthy meal that’s bursting with flavor. This dish is perfect year round.

 

Ingredients

 

  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Basil Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder

 

 Instructions

 

Sprinkle Chicken with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Italian Seasoning. Grill the chicken on both sides. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after it’s removed from the grill.

 Combine tomato, garlic, and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 Stir until well combined. Serve immediately over chicken.
