P2 Chocolate Delight

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup carob powder
  • 15 drops AF Vanilla Stevia (can be purchased from website)

Instructions

Melt the Coconut Oil
Place coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 45 seconds, just until fully liquefied.

Mix the Dry Ingredients
Add cocoa powder and carob powder to the melted oil. Stir until completely smooth with no lumps.

Sweeten
Add 15 drops of AF Vanilla Stevia and mix thoroughly to evenly distribute sweetness.

Mold & Freeze
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone candy molds, filling each cavity evenly.

1.     Harden
Freeze for at least 15 minutes, or until firm.

2.     Serve
Remove from molds and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
