P2 Cinnamon Churro Wasa

Ingredients

  • 1 Wasa crispbread
  • 4–5 packets stevia
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½–1 tablespoon coconut oil (softened or melted)

Instructions

Mix the Topping
On a small plate, combine stevia and cinnamon. Mix evenly.

Coat the Wasa
Spread coconut oil evenly on both sides of the Wasa crispbread.

Add Cinnamon Blend
Dip or sprinkle both sides into the cinnamon-stevia mixture until well coated.

Toast
Place in toaster oven or oven at 350°F for 3–5 minutes, until warm and slightly crisp.
(Watch closely to prevent burning.)

Cool Slightly & Enjoy
Let cool for 1–2 minutes so the coating sets.
