P2 Classic Creamy Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 green cabbage
- 1 cup mayonnaise (recipe from website)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cabbage
Remove outer leaves from the cabbage.
Finely shred the cabbage using a knife, mandoline, or food processor.
Place shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
2. Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
- Mayonnaise
- Milk
- Yellow mustard
- Garlic salt
- Black pepper
- Chives
Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Combine
Pour dressing over shredded cabbage.
Toss well until the cabbage is evenly coated.
4. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
