Ingredients
- 100g crab meat
- 1 grissini (ground into powder)
- 1 tsp parsley
- ½ tsp tarragon
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
Instructions
Grind grissini into powder and place into small dish.
In bowl, combine crab meat and remaining ingredients.
Mix well and form into patties.
Coat each side of the patty with grissini powder.
Brown in non-stick skillet over med heat for 3 mins each side, or place on George Foreman for 4-5 mins
Serve immediately.
