Ingredients
100 g shrimp (precooked or raw)
2 Roma tomatoes
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ cup (approved Swanson Chicken broth)
Instructions
Heat spices, minced garlic, and a small amount of chicken broth in a saute pan for a few minutes.
Next add chopped tomatoes to mixture and allow the ingredients to cook down while adding more chicken stock (remainder of the ½ cup).
Allow to simmer so the tomatoes break apart and cook down.
Add the shrimp and simmer until shrimp is hot. Eat and enjoy!
