P2 Grilled Steak & Asparagus

Indulge yourself with a grilled delicious steak and asparagus drizzled with MCT oil. Both are cooked to perfection on the grill with a healthy concept of fresh vegetables and lean steak. This easy steak dinner is ready in just 30 minutes. Ideal to help you with your weight loss journey.

Ingredients

  • Lean steak (3.5 oz)
  • 15 asparagus spears
  • ½ Tsp MCT oil (to drizzle on asparagus)
  • 2 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic and Herb All – Purpose Seasoning
  • ½ Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Heat grill on medium high until hot.
  2. Drizzle 1/2 tsp oil on asparagus to place on the grill.
  3. Rub steak seasoning on both sides of the steak. Throw on the grill.
  4. Drizzle on a moderate amount of Braggs Liquid Aminos on the side that is facing up. Squeeze a wedge of lemon to tenderize the meat and for flavor.
  5. After 5-7 minutes, flip steak and asparagus over. Drizzle more Braggs Liquid Aminos sauce on top.  Squeeze a wedge of lemon on top and leave it on the steak.
  6. Grill to your desired level.
  7. Enjoy your quick dinner!
