P2 Grilled Steak & Onions

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz lean steak (sirloin or top round)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: fresh parsley or red pepper flakes

Instructions

1.     Season the Steak
Pat steak dry. Season both sides with pink salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

2.     Grill the Steak
Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
Grill 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) for medium doneness.
Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

3.     Sauté the Onion
Heat 1 teaspoon MCT oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onion and a small pinch of salt.
Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and lightly caramelized.

4.     Serve
Slice steak against the grain and top with sautéed onions. Garnish if desired.
