P2 Mini Meatballs

A quick and easy recipe for meatballs during the week. Try this healthy version minus the fat when you want to get a quick snack or pair with your favorite veggies.

Ingredients

3.5 oz ground beef (lean)
1 Tbsp bread crumbs (this is the equivalent of your grissini allowance)
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt
pinch of pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Form into small balls (I get 8-10 in a batch.)

Place on baking sheet and cook 7-9 minutes or until done.

Drain on paper towels.

I use  Primal Ketchup for dipping.
