P2 Simple Fried Celery

Ingredients (2 Servings)

  • 4 cups fresh celery, sliced (about 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra flavor

 Instructions

1.     Heat the oil
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the MCT oil.

2.     Add celery
Stir in the sliced celery. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to soften.

3.     Add broth & simmer
Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes to allow the celery to become tender while absorbing flavor.

4.     Season & finish
Remove the lid and cook for another 2–3 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.

5.     Serve warm
Enjoy immediately as a healthy side dish!
