P2 Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
Large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
Protein Filling
- 3.5 oz lean ground beef
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked (internal temp 160°F). Drain excess fat if needed.
Instructions
Lay lettuce leaf flat.
Add warm seasoned beef.
Top with diced tomatoes.
Fold and enjoy.
