Try a new twist on a strawberry shake. This protein packed shake tastes just like strawberry cheesecake and is made from cottage cheese, strawberries, milk, and stevia. It’s very creamy, nutritious, and low in calories.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese (2% or 4 %)
1 tablespoon milk
Vanilla extract or vanilla creme stevia to taste
Stevia (you can simply taste to see if more sweetener is needed while blending)
8-12 frozen or fresh strawberries
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese and milk until creamy. Once creamy, add vanilla, sweeteners & strawberries. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! It does taste a lot like strawberry cheesecake shake.
