P3 Beef Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla
- ½ bell pepper, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Shredded cheese (about ½ cup)
- Pico (for topping)
Instructions
Cook Beef & Veggies Together
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, diced onions, and diced bell peppers to the pan.
- Cook together, breaking up the beef, until meat is browned and vegetables are tender (about 6–8 minutes).
- Drain excess grease if needed.
Season
- Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook 1–2 more minutes to blend flavors.
Assemble
- Place tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on one side.
- Add beef and veggie mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Fold tortilla in half.
Cook
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy and cheese is melted.
Serve
- Slice and top with fresh pico.
