P3 Beef Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla
  • ½ bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Shredded cheese (about ½ cup)
  • Pico (for topping)

Instructions

 Cook Beef & Veggies Together

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, diced onions, and diced bell peppers to the pan.
  • Cook together, breaking up the beef, until meat is browned and vegetables are tender (about 6–8 minutes).
  • Drain excess grease if needed.

Season

  • Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook 1–2 more minutes to blend flavors.

Assemble

  • Place tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle half the cheese on one side.
  • Add beef and veggie mixture.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Fold tortilla in half.

Cook

  • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy and cheese is melted.

Serve

  • Slice and top with fresh pico.
