P3 Chicken Burger

Chicken burgers are a healthy alternative to traditional burgers. Contains no breadcrumbs or eggs. Very juicy and full of flavor. This recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes. Serve as a lettuce wrap, with a salad, or side of veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Adobo seasoning
  • 1 TBSP yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all your burger patty ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Lightly wet your hands and shape the mixture into four thick patties. 
  3. Add oil to a non-stick grill or pan and cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side. 
  4. Remove the burgers from the pan and assemble as desired.
