P3 Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup granulated xylitol
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (as needed for texture)
- Optional: ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, xylitol, salt, and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add almond milk slowly until batter is thick but smooth.
5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
6. Spread evenly in the pan.
7. Bake 18–22 minutes until center is set but still slightly soft for fudgy texture.
8. Cool completely before slicing.
Tips for Perfect Brownies
- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake.
- For cake-like texture, bake an additional 3–4 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container up to 4 days.
