Here is a healthier alternative to chocolate chip cookies, made with almond flour to replace regular flour. We also used Cacao Nibs instead of chocolate chips. Same great taste with less fat and sugar. Kids and adults will love them.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Just Like Sugar or xylitol (made from 100% birchwood).
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Cream the butter, Sugar substitute, vanilla, egg.
- Add the flour, salt and baking soda.
- Mix together and then add the Cacao Nibs
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
