P3 Chocolate Mug Cake

This chocolate protein mug cake is a quick gluten free dessert made with collagen. The flavor is rich, moist, and sweet with a fluffy cakey appearance. The taste is amazing. Great treat for breakfast or consume for dessert after dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
  • 2 tsp of Xylitol or approved Stevia
  • 1 tsp of Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp of Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg

 

Instructions

 

  • In a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour the cake mixture into a mug or ramekin.
  • Microwave the batter for 1.5-2 minutes until the cake is cooked through.
  • Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
