This chocolate protein mug cake is a quick gluten free dessert made with collagen. The flavor is rich, moist, and sweet with a fluffy cakey appearance. The taste is amazing. Great treat for breakfast or consume for dessert after dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp of Xylitol or approved Stevia
- 1 tsp of Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp of Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 large Egg
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the cake mixture into a mug or ramekin.
- Microwave the batter for 1.5-2 minutes until the cake is cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
