P3 Creamy Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 package Natural Heaven Spaghetti Noodles (hearts of palm)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Noodles
Drain and rinse the Natural Heaven noodles well. Pat dry and set aside.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add chopped chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and lightly golden.

Make the Alfredo Sauce (with the chicken)
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add Noodles
Stir in the drained spaghetti noodles directly into the sauce and chicken.
Simmer 3–5 minutes, allowing noodles to heat through and absorb flavor.

Top & Melt Cheese
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
Cover with lid and cook on low 2–3 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
