P3 Creamy Seafood Soup

Here is a great recipe for seafood lovers. This Creamy Seafood Soup is delicious and packed with tons of flavor. It’s prepared by using a combination of several seafoods to enhance your tastebuds. Serve during the holidays or prepare for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • salt (to your taste)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 quarts  vegetable stock
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk 
  • 1 ½ pounds firm white fish 
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound Lump Crab Meat

Instructions

 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat then add in the celery and onion. Cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute before stirring in the smoked paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour in the vegetable stock, tomato sauce, and coconut milk, then bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add in the fish, cover pot with lid, and cook for about 8 minutes. Add shrimp, cover again, and cook 2 minutes or until shrimp and fish are cooked through. Finally add in the crab meat. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
