Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup onion diced
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- salt (to your taste)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 quarts vegetable stock
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 ½ pounds firm white fish
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 pound Lump Crab Meat
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat then add in the celery and onion. Cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute before stirring in the smoked paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour in the vegetable stock, tomato sauce, and coconut milk, then bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add in the fish, cover pot with lid, and cook for about 8 minutes. Add shrimp, cover again, and cook 2 minutes or until shrimp and fish are cooked through. Finally add in the crab meat. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
