P3 Eggnog

This healthy non-alcoholic eggnog recipe is very easy, and it involves just a few simple steps. Enjoy eggnog without all the added calories. You will not miss the alcohol.

Ingredients

2 eggs (beaten)

1 cup half and half

1 cup milk

Pinch of nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Xylitol (100% Birchwood) or Stevia to taste

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, chill and serve. Sprinkle with a pinch of additional nutmeg and a dollop of whipped cream
