🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (5–6 oz)
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 large romaine or green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2–3 thin slices red onion
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

 Cook the Bacon

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
  • Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Season the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat olive or avocado oil in the same skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • During the last minute, place cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet to melt.

Assemble the Sandwich

  • Lay one large lettuce leaf as the base.
  • Add cheesy chicken breast.
  • Top with crispy bacon, tomato slices, and red onion.
  • Finish with another lettuce leaf on top and gently press together.
