P3 Spiced Toasted Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw pecan halves
- 1 cup raw pistachios (shelled)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne (optional heat)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1–2 tsp xylitol (optional light sweetness)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine peanuts, sunflower seeds, pecans, and pistachios in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly.
4. Mix spices and xylitol (if using), sprinkle over nuts, and toss well.
5. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
6. Bake 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
7. Cool completely before storing (they crisp as they cool).
Storage
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature or refrigerate for extra freshness.
