Here is a great weekend meal that you can prepare very quickly. Marinate the meat ahead of time and cook on the grill when you are ready. Steak Kabobs are juicy, tender, and loaded with flavor. Great for BBQ gatherings when you want to prepare something different that does not require a lot of time.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef sirloin steak cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 bell peppers sliced into 1-inch pieces (green, red, yellow)
- 1 large zucchini sliced into 1-inch
- 1 large red onion sliced into 1-inch pieces
- cherry tomatoes
Marinade
- ¼ cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
- ½ tsp Liquid Smoke
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
Mix the marinade ingredients into a Ziplock bag then add the chopped steak pieces.
Place marinated meat in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
After the meat has marinated for at least 4 hours, thread the beef and vegetables onto the kabob skewers.
Grill
Heat up the grill to medium/high heat.
Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, rotating frequently until desired doneness.
Base with marinade while cooking.
Serve immediately.
Broiler
Turn on the broiler on the high setting.
Lay the beef kabobs on a small baking sheet.
Broil for up to 5- 10 minutes per side, turning at least once until the meat is fully cooked.
Base with marinade while cooking.
Serve immediately.
