P3 Strawberry Protein Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
  • Small pinch of pink salt (optional)

Instructions

1.     Wash and slice the 12 strawberries.

2.     Add Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir until smooth.

3.     Top with sliced strawberries.

4.     Sprinkle chia seeds and chopped nuts evenly over the top.

Add a small pinch of pink salt to enhance the natural sweetness, if desired
